Carglass®'s liability for material defects and title deficiencies is governed by the provisions of these terms of use. Otherwise, any liability of Carglass® is excluded, as long as the relevant legal provisions do not provide for mandatory liability due to e.g. intent, gross negligence, death, bodily injury or harm to health, undertaking a quality guarantee, fraudulent concealment of a defect or due to breach of basic contractual obligations. The amount of compensation due to a breach of basic contractual obligations is limited to the typical damage provided for in the contract if it is not intentional or grossly negligent.

Regarding the quality of computer systems and the Internet, Carglass® does not guarantee the absence of viruses. For your own protection and to avoid viruses on the Carglass® website, the user must take appropriate security precautions and scan for viruses before downloading information, content, software, or documentation. Applicable law, competent judicial authority

Greek law applies excluding United Nations commercial law. The Courts of Athens are designated as having exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
